本文对脂类代谢及目前应用的减肥药品作了简要综述,并描述了脂肪细胞的分化过程。肥胖症患者常伴随糖脂代谢的异常,新一代的抗肥胖药及减肥药不仅能减少脂肪组织的量,还要有助于改善患者的代谢紊乱,具有调节血脂功能中药提取物及其活性单体可能带给人们新的亮点。

This article reviews lipid metabolism and current antiobesities, summarizes the process and regulation of adipocyte differentiation. Some substances have the possibility to be new and highly effective antiobesity angents. Since the obese patients always have the problem of metabolic disorder, the new antiobesity agents must not only reduce fat mass but must also correct fat dysfunction and new promising ones may be found in Chinese herbs.
