摘要
目的:研究苦参的酚性成分。方法:采用柱层析和制备薄层色谱的方法对苦参乙醇提取物的乙醚萃取部位进行分离纯化,利用波谱学方法鉴定化学成分的结构。结果:分离得到9个酚性化合物,分别为番石榴酸二乙酯(1)、麦芽酚(2)、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯(3)、7,4’二羟基-3’甲氧基异黄酮(4)、毛蕊异黄酮(5)、鹰嘴豆素甲(6)、大豆素(7)、芒柄花素(8)和5-去羟山柰素(9)。结论:化合物1和2为首次由槐属植物中分离得到,化合物3、4、5、6。
Aim To investigate the phenolic constituents of the roots of Sophora flavescens. Methods The chemical constituents from the ether-soluble fraction of the ethanol extract of the roots of Sophora flavescens were separated and purified by repeated column chromatographyand preparative TLC method. Theirstructures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results Nine phenolic compounds were isolated, and their structures were established as piscidicacid diethyl ester (1), maltol (2), ethylparaben (3), 7,4'dihydroxy-3'methoxyisoflavone (4), calycosin (5), biochanin A(6), daidzein (7), formononetin (8)and resokaempferol (9). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from genus Sophora, and compounds 3,4,5,6,7 and 9 were isolated from S. flavescens for the first time.
