摘要
目的:对不同类型的子宫颈癌组织中VEGF、IL-6的表达进行定量分析,以进一步探讨VEGF、IL-6在宫颈癌发病中的作用。方法:选取子宫颈癌石蜡组织50例和10例正常子宫颈组织作对照,通过流式细胞检测方法测定VEGF、IL-6的相对含量。结果:VEGF在鳞癌、腺癌中的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织﹙P﹤0.01,P﹤0.01),VEGF在腺癌中的表达明显高于在鳞癌中的表达﹙P﹤0.05);VEGF在≥Ⅱ期癌中的表达明显高于在≤Ⅰ期癌中的表达﹙P﹤0.01)。VEGF在淋巴结转移组和中低分化肿瘤组的表达分别与无淋巴结转移组和高分化肿瘤组比较,有增高趋势,且随着年龄增长有增高趋势,但统计学处理无显著意义。IL-6在淋巴结转移组的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P﹤0.05),在中低分化组的表达明显高于高分化组的表达(P﹤0.01),﹤40岁组分别与40-59岁组、≥60岁组比较随年龄增加IL-6增高,统计学上有极显著意义(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.01)。IL-6与组织类型、分期、肿瘤大小无相关性。结论:VEGF、IL-6与宫颈癌的发生有关,临床上可协助诊断,并可作为判断宫颈癌恶性程度和评价预后的指标。
Objective: This study is aimed to explore whether VEGF and/or IL-6 play an important role in pathogenesis of the cervical cancer by quantitative analysis of them in variant cervical cancer . Method: The expression of VEGF and IL-6 was detected by FCM in the tumorous tissues from 50 cervical cancer subjects and 10 normal cervical tissues. Results: The expression of VEGF was significantly higher in squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma than that seen in normal cervical tissues (P<0.01,P<0.01). Moreover, the expression of VEGF in adenocarcinoma and ≥stage II was markedly higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma and ≤stage I﹙P﹤0.05, P﹤0.01﹚, respectively. Although the expression of VEGF tends to increase in lymph node metastasis group and low histological differentiation group compared to lymph node non-metastasis group and high histological differentiation group, respectively, and tends to increase with the age becoming old, there was no statistic significance. However, the expression of IL-6 was markedly increased in lymph node metastasis group compared to lymph node non-metastasis group and higher in patients younger than 40 group compared to the patients 40-59 group and the patients older than 60 group, respectively, which is also age-dependent ﹙P﹤0.01, P﹤0.01﹚.There was no significant correlation between the expression of IL-6 and histological type, clinical stage,and the tumor diameter .Conclusions: Both VEGF and IL-6 are involved in the pathogenesis of cervical cancer, and measurement of expression of VEGF and IL-6 may be developed as a means by which evaluates the malignant degree and prognosis of cervical cancer in clinic.
