我国高职教育人力资本研究

Research on Human Capital of Advanced Technical Education

现代经济学认为教育能提高私人的人力资本。本文从我国实际情况出发,对当前私人接受高职教育的成本和收益进行了理论和实证分析,指出私人人力资本投资收益率较高是近年来高等职业教育快速发展的根本原因。同时,本文的实证分析结果表明,对于高中毕业生来讲,选择高职教育比直接进入就业市场能获得更高的人力资本,因此接受高职教育是高中毕业生及其家长的理性选择。

Modern economics thinks that education can improve one’s human capital, This paper based on real conditions of China, analyzed the cost and revenue of technical education, pointed out that the increasing of human capital is the economic reason of rapid development of technical education. The positive analysis of this paper showed that for high school students, the better choice is to continue learning in technology institute than to go into labor market, for technical education can improve one’s human capital greatly.
