摘要
为适应经济发展和道路交通建设新形势,依靠科技提高工作效能正成为各地交通管理的必然趋势。河北省交管局参考国内外有关ITMS的研究理论及相关技术,在各地建立了ITMS,以期为各市提供交通安全预防对策,提高通行效率,缓解交通堵塞,改善交通秩序,减少交通事故,提高行车安全。
The new situation of economic development and traffic construction makes it an inevitable trend to promote work efficiency depending on science and technology. Hebei Traffic Management Bureau consulted relative theories and technology about ITMS and established ITMS in many places in anticipation of bettering traffic order and reducing traffic accidents to ensure safety.
