人力资源培训作为一种人力资本投资,关系到个人与组织的成长与发展,越来越受到企业的重视。为了提高人力资源培训的效果,增加投入产出比,就需要加强培训需求的分析、培训计划的制订、培训的实施与管理、培训成果的转化和效果的评估,这也是一个完整的培训流程。
As a kind of human capital investment, human resources training to which more and more enterprisesattach importance has a bearing on the growth and development of both individuals and organizations. In order toimprove the efficiency of human resources training and the input-output ratio, more attention should be paid to thewhole training process: analyzing the demand for training, drawing up training programs, carrying out and administer-ing training, applying training results into practice and evaluating training effects.
