Reflections on the Laws and Policies of Non-public Forestry Development

非公有制林业的发展需要有完善的法律政策体系保障,现行的非公有制林业的法律政策存在许多问题,要进一步完善林地使用权制度、采伐限额制度,制定鼓励非公有制林业发展的财政金融制度、生态效益补偿机制保证非公有制林业的顺利发展。

The development of non-public forestry need to have the perfect law and policy system, but now thelaws and policies of the non- public forestry still exist many problems. Therefore, we shall further improve the lawsand policies such as the utility system of forest land, the policy of harvest limitation, the establishment of the financialand taxis policies and eco-efficiency compensation mechanism in order to encourage the non-public forestry develop-ment smoothly.
