摘要
本文主要对高校现有的激励机制中存在的缺陷进行了系统分析,并指出各高校应如何建立一个有效的激励机制来调动教师的积极性,分析高校在相关制度的制定上应考虑的主要因素。
The disadvantages in the stimulating system in Chinese universities are put forward here, and the suggestions about how to set up an effective system to inspire staff are given,and some main factors to be considered are analyzed when the system is fixed.
