摘要
采用差热分析(DTA)和化学分析等测试手段和分析方法,通过对照分析稀土对水泥熟料形成过程平行对比试验的研究。证明,添加稀土后碳酸盐大量分析,一期固相反应、二期固相反应及硅酸三钙形成的温度分别比不加稀土时间提前约10℃、15℃、25℃和35℃;达到同一煅烧程度时添加稀土的试料在高温下停留时间可缩短5~15min,证明添加稀土对水泥熟料的形成具有显著的促进作用。
