摘要
随着我国的电力体制改革的由浅入深,"厂网分开、竞价上网"将变得越来越彻底,未来的电力企业应该是竞争型企业,而企业的竞争能力取决于其人力资源水平。因此,新形势下对人力资源管理提出了新的要求。
Along with electric system reform of our country is from the superficial to the deep,'separating the factory and network,surfing the Net at a competitive price' will make more and more completely.Future electric enterprises should be competition type enterprises,and the competitive power of enterprises depend on the human resources level. So,have put forward the new demand for human resources management under the new situation.
