公路客运站场建设与运营探讨

Discussion on road passenger transportation depopt construction and operation

目前我国公路客运站场普遍呈现出站场规模过小、设施落后、装备不整、功能不全的现象,这种状况影响了公路网整体效益的发挥,阻碍了公路运输的健康发展。本文在分析公路客运站场现状及存在问题的基础上,结合笔者参与客运站场规划的心得体会,研究并提出近期客运站场的发展模式及站场建设资金筹集的新途径,并为理顺站场投资、建设、运营、管理四大主体的关系提出建议。

The insufficient size, outdatedinfrastructure and poor equipment constrain theperformance and China's integral road network,block the health of the road transportation. This paperhighlights the existing conflicts, studies the recenttrend of road passenger transportation depoptdevelopment mode and new approaches to raisingconstruction funding. It proposes advice for depotinvestment, construction, operation and management.
