摘要
随着“知本”时代的到来,全社会的学习考试热潮催生了“考试经济”,居民消费能力的增强、就业门槛的提高、社会竞争的加剧、高额的经济回报,导致各种培训机构积极参与、考试类出版物层出不穷,与之相应的医疗保健品及宾馆酒店的考试套餐服务也应运而生。不成熟的“考试经济”市场必然对人们的学习和生活产生负面影响,为使“考试经济”健康发展,笔者认为有必要加快行政部门职能转变,加强考试立法,规范“考试经济”市场,强化市场主体责任感。
With the arrival of knowledge times,the whole society is heated up with the wave of learning and testing.hense,a 'testing economy' comes out.This heated wave results in more and more participants for training institutions,testing publications to medical care department and hotel(restaurants) services as well,well influenced by the increasing consuming abilities,high entrances of employment,intense social competition and high profits.Nevertheless,this immature market has surely caused negative effect.To avoid the market from getting worse and keep it a promising testing economy,the writer suggest the government need speed on their responsibilities to legalize testing,make it regulation and enhance the responsibility of Market Subjtct.
