摘要
民办高校的党建工作是建设中国特色社会主义过程中的新课题。本文对如何落实“基层党组织政治核心作用和监督保证作用”的问题,从把握其内涵、找准其位置、健全党组织和坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导诸方面谈了自己的思考。
The work of Communist Party Construction in private university is a new issue of constructing china special socialism.In this paper,in order to carry the role of basic-lever party organization into effect,I have talk about my opinion from its location and content,improving the party organization healthy,and adhering to the supervision with the important idea of 'Three Representatives'.
