摘要
本文从我国的农村潜在的巨大就业压力形成的原因出发,分析了我国农村剩余劳动力转移困境,探讨农村剩余劳动力转移的方法和对策。
Based on the formative reasons of potential employment pressure in Countryside,this article has been analysed the difficulities of translocation to surplus lablor force of Country side in China,and discussed its approach and countermeasures.
