摘要
为了适应社会发展的需要,结合我院实际,我院的旅游与酒店管理专业作为教学改革的试点专业。本教改方案根据专业教学改革的社会背景和行业背景,对本地区的旅游与酒店管理专业人才的需求进行了分析预测。提出了专业教学改革的目标和基本思路,采用“五个一”教学模式,并由此构建了有特色的专业教学体系,制定了专业教学改革试点的配套政策和保障措施。
In order to meet the need of the social development,combining the actual conditions,a triable Scheme on teaching reform has been made out in the travel and hotel management deparment of our College.This teaching reform scheme has been analysed and predicted to demand of qualified talents in the travel and hotel management major especially,according to social backgrounds and trade backgrounds of the professional reform in local area,Proposed the goal of the professional reform and basic thinking,adopting the teaching mode of ' five ones ',and structured the characteristic professional teaching system,the supporting policy of professional teaching reform and the ensuring measures.
