6月26日,2005年度全国服装行业工作会议在福建召开,作为全球纺织品配额取消后的第一年,今年被业内人士视为中国服装行业新的战略机遇期,此次行业工作会议在这样的背景下召开,有着非常特殊的意义。会上,中国纺织工业协会会长杜钰洲就当前配额取消、尤其是欧美特别保障措施启动后,我国服装行业所面临形势和任务发表了重要讲话,中国纺织工业协会新闻中心主任孙淮滨作了主题演讲。本刊派记者专程参加了这次会议并将他们的发言内容综合整理,以飨读者。
