高等教育信息化是推动我国高等学校实现跨越式发展的战略选择。高等教育信息化从整体上影响高等教育,它带来高等院校教学内容、教学形式、教学制度、组织形式发生变革,教育思想和教育观念不断更新。

The informationization of higher education is the strategic choice of prompting universities and colleges of our country to realize the great-leap-forward development.The infromationization influences higher education from three aspects on the whole.It makes the content of courses in universities and colleges change,the teaching form improved,teaching system and organizational form altered,the educational idea be in constant renewal.
