随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高校管理过程中的一些问题逐渐凸显出来。本文就规模、资源与效益、学科建设与学校发展定位、人治与法治、专门化与双肩挑、学术与行政等关系进行阐述,并就现阶段高校管理过程中如何妥善处理它们之间的关系提出一些建议,以适应高校发展的需要。

With the rapid development of higher education in our country, some problems emerged in the process of college administration. This article expounds the following relation: scale,resources and benefits, subjects construction and school orientation, ruling by person and by law, specialization and plurality, learning and administration, etc. It also puts forward some advice on how to treat with these problems at present administration so as to adapt to the demand of college development.
