要使成人教育的培养目标顺利实现,在学校和学生之间起到桥梁和纽带作用的班主任工作就显得尤为重要。工作中,班主任要有乐于奉献、严以律己、关爱学生的精神,要搭建好与学生沟通的桥梁,塑造良好的班主任形象,以增强感召力。这样不仅有利于班主任开展工作,更有利于成教事业的发展。
