网络及数字技术的广泛运用宣告了知识经济时代的来临。互联网的快速发展对人类社会的政治、经济、军事、文化、教育和法律等都产生了极大的影响,它要求人们必须面对网际环境重新考虑问题,而知识产权问题是其中最为敏感的问题之一。本文主要对网络知识产权的特点及商标、专利、商业秘密、数据库等知识产权问题进行分析,并指出我国应重视网络知识产权立法,加强对知识产权的保护。

The application of Internet and digital technology declares the coming of knowledge-oriented economic times. The rapid development of Internet has a great influence on our politics, economy, military, culture, education and law, which asks people to think about some problems again. The intellectual property right is the most sensitive problem among them. This essay mainly analyzes the characteristics of the intellectual property right, trademark, patent, commercial secret and database, and puts forward that China should strengthen the protection and legislation of intellectual property rights.
