摘要
本文从教师专业化的含义和特征入手,在对教师专业化的发展历程回顾中得出教师专业化是现代教育发展的时代要求,教师专业化和教师职业品位的关系是目的和手段的关系,并认为应从五个方面通过教师专业化来提升教师职业品位。
Beginning with the implication and characteristics of teaching profession, this essay reviews the evolving course of teaching profession, and comes to the conclusion that teaching profession is the demand of epoch. It holds the affinity between teaching profession and teachers' professional taste equals to that between the goal and the means. Meanwhile teachers' professional taste should be elevated through the teaching profession in five aspects.
