语用推理的认知研究

Cognitive Approach to Pragmatic Inference

认知科学的主要目标是要了解人类的知识系统,包括其习得、心理运作及其在大脑中的体现;认知语用学则是对同语言运用有关的语用知识系统进行的认知研究;相应地,语用推理的认知研究就是要研究人类大脑中同含意推导有关的知识系统的习得、心理运作及其在大脑的体现。本文以新格氏理论作为个案,对语用推理过程从认知的视角进行考察,对语用推理能力从认知的视角进行定位。

The term of cognitive science is used to denote studies of human mind and brain, the major objective of which is an understanding of the human systems of knowledge, their acquisition, their psychological operation, and their neural embodiments. Cognitive pragmatics is in turn the study of the linguistic aspects of language use within the methodological and theoretical framework of cognitive science. Accordingly, cognitive approach to pragmatic inference is that part of cognitive studies of language that is related to some system of pragmatic knowledge of inference of implicature. This being the case, the present study will concentrate on the following two aspects in light of cognitive perspective: pragmatic inference process and pragmatic inference ability
