针对目前城市发展正面临的复杂性和矛盾性,归纳出目前我国城市规划制度存在的问题,提出了城市规划制度创新的五方面内容,以使我国的城市规划适应城市发展要求和社会主义市场经济需求。

Aiming at the complexity and contradiction in the urban development of our country, the paper sums up problems in the urban planning system of our country nowadays, points out five aspects of the innovation for the urban planning system, ,so as to make the urban planning of our country tit the urban development requirement and economic needs of the ,socialist market.
