Survivin的肿瘤临床研究

摘要 Survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白家族的新成员,其具有肿瘤特异性,只表达于肿瘤和胚胎组织,且与肿瘤细胞的分化增殖及浸润转移密切相关。本文综述了survivin的生物学特性,并着重阐述了survivin与bcl-2和bax基因的关系及其在肿瘤诊断和治疗中的新进展。
