By combining with the design example in some complex building in Ji＇ nan, the paper introduces the air-conditioning design, heating system design, the ventilating design, the self-control design, the noise elimination and the shock absorption, as well as the prevention design against fire and smoke, so as to reveal the importance of the selection of the air-conditioning system and the system layout according to the design of the project.
