体育法制建设是体育事业加快发展的根本保障,是体育改革能否成功和建立适应社会主义市场经济的体育新体制的重要保证。本文将从体育立法、执法、法律监督、体育法制宣传等4个方面对当前我国体育法制建设提出几点建议。

The legal construction of sports is the basis of the development of sports,and it is also the guarantee of the success of sports reform and the construction of a new sports system which adap to the social market economy.This paper will make some suggestions for the legal construction of sports from the legislation,execution,legal checking and legal propagation.
