摘要
现代服务意识是现代化体育馆的核心问题,它包括了面向大众群体的现代服务意识、专业群体的现代服务意识。体育以其特有的精神内涵和外延及其运行方式,赋予了体育馆管理者“以人为本”的服务理念和现代服务意识。
Modern service consciousness is a key issue modernized gymnasium which contains the service consciousenss for the masses and the special community.As the modernized gymnasium of the sports event carrier,sports with its spirtual connotation and denotation endows the gymnasium managers with man-centered service ideas and consciousness.
