对提高新赛制主客场条件下排球裁判员执哨能力的研究

Research on the Improvement of Refereeing Ability for the Referees in the National Volleyball League under the New Condition of Home-away Match System

采用文献资料、调查访谈等方法对我国新赛制主客场条件下排球联赛裁判员队伍的现状、工作特点、执哨能力及影响因素进行调查研究,并提出提高执哨能力的对策与建议,为加强排球裁判队伍建设、提高裁判工作能力和水平、推动排球运动的发展提供参考。

Adopting the methods of documentation,investigation and interview,this paper investigates and researches on the actuality,working characteristics,refereening ability and its influential factors of the referees in the national volleyball league under the new condition of home-away match system.It puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of refereeing ability and provides reference for the future construction of our volleyball referees' team,the improvement of our refereeing ability and the development of the volleyball movement.
