对影响篮球裁判员心理稳定因素的调查及其对策的研究

Investigation and Research on Psychological Quality of the Basketball Referee

现代篮球运动比赛的速度越来越快,强度越来越大,攻守双方对抗激烈,身体接触日益频繁,比分差距逐渐缩小,从而造成裁判员的执裁难度和心理压力逐渐加大。针对影响篮球裁判员执裁过程中心理稳定的主客观因素进行了调查和研究,总结出培养裁判员稳定的心理素质是必须高度重视和亟待解决的问题。

In present basketball matches,the speed is quicker and quicker and the intensity is bigger and bigger.The offensive and defensive resists fiercely and the body touching is more more frequently.The score disparity is less and less.These factors causes the difficulty of judgement and the sychological pressure for the basketball referees.This paper makes a subjective and objective investigation and research on sychological pressure of the basketball referees during the judgment.It is concluded that to cultivating the steady sychological pressure is a key problem.
