摘要
通过对普通高校女生的健身情况的调查与研究,认为普通高校女生人数占有较大的比例,普遍缺乏自主锻炼意识,为提高女大学生的体育锻炼效果,掌握锻炼方法。提出切实可行的健身过程的自我调控计划供高校女大学生参考。
By investigating and analyzing the body - buiding conditions of the female students in the average colleges and universities, the autor concludes that female students occupies the relatively large percentage in the colleges and universities, and they are lace of the self - practice consciousness.
