摘要
21世纪是突飞猛进的信息时代,作为高校图书馆要有高素质的馆长来指挥,才能顺应这个时代的要求。从高校图书馆馆长队伍现状,分析部分高校图书馆馆发展滞后的原因。由此,提出加强图书馆馆长队伍建设势在必行。建议高校领导应引起足够的重视,切实加强对图书馆的领导和对馆长的选拔与培养,并通过竞争、择优、干部流动、引进高素质人才等有效途径,把献身高校图书馆事业德才兼备的优秀人才选拔到馆长岗位。只有领导重视,馆长优秀,才能真正建设好21世纪现代化高校图书馆。
The 21st century is an information age.In order to adapt the time request,the libraries of universitles and colleges should be managed by high-quality librarians.The author analyzes the reason that part of libraries in universities and colleges develop slowly according to the present situation of librarians.The author proposes that it is necessarv to strengthen the team construction of librarians.The author also advises that the leaders of universities and colleges can pay much attention to the choice and cultivation on the librarians and the lead of libraries by means of comDetition.choosing the best,cadre flowing,introducing the high quality talents,etc.The librarians' positionsfor those whO own ability and integrity and Can devote themselves to the library enterprise.Only the leaders' attention and high.quality librarians can make a good construction for the 21st odernized libraries.
