摘要
随着高校体育教学改革的不断深入,体育课程教学由应试教育向素质教育转型,并逐步落实到教材内容、组织管理、教学方法和评价办法的改革。这就要求高校体育教师在转变观念的同时提高自身品德素质、教学素质、科研能力等项素质,适应新时期体育课程改革的需要,提高教学质量,完成《纲要》提出的教育目标,实现对学生素质教育的目的。
Refonn of colleges and uniersities physical cducation developing gradually, physical cducation should change exam education into diathesis education, and fulfill it into the refonn of teaching material, organization management, teaching method and examine evaluate gradually. This demands that colleges' physical teacher should change concept mean while, enhance moral character quality, teaching quality , scientific research capacity etc. to adapt to the new situation refonn' s need, enhance the teaching quality, then accomplish the educational goal of < The compendium > reach the target of implementation diathesis education to the students.
