An Analysis of the Status Quo Problems and Countermeasures About the Non-public Ownership Economy in Fujian Province

福建省的非公有制经济在其自身的发展过程中,存在企业规模小、自身的素质不高、政府支持的力度不大等问题,这限制了非公有制企业的进一步发展。福建省非公有制经济要想更好地发展,政府方面要适时转变观念,推进金融体制改革,为非公有制经济创造一个良好的发展环境。此外,非公有制企业必须重视自身企业文化建设,整合现有资源,做大做强,形成规模效益。

In the development process of Fujian＇s non-public ownership economy, there are still many problems,including small scale, low quality and limited support form Government, which limit its further drvelopment, In order to develop the non-public ownership economy, the Government should change ideas, promote the reform of financial system and create a good environment. In addition, the non-public enterprises have to build their own culture,integ rate the existing resources, and enlarge its scale.
