从运动队管理制度的制订;运动队管理制度的执行;运动队思想、作风教育;运动队业务、文化教育;运动队文化娱乐活动;运动队教练员、干部的以身作则几个方面探讨优秀运动队的管理问题,试图寻找合理有效的运动队管理办法,为运动队的管理寻找理论依据,为运动队服务。
This article discusses the management of the excellent sports teams from the several aspects: the establishment of the management system of the sports team,the practice of the management system of the sports team,the ideology and style education of the sports team,the professional and cultural education of the sports team,the recreational activities of the sports team,the demonstration role of coaches and cadres.It tries to seek for a reasonable and effective management method for the sports team,to provide a theoretical basis for the management of the sports team and to serve the sports team.
