腰椎间盘突出症是一种严重影响运动员及普通人的生活、工作、训练的运动创伤疾病,对6例女子曲棍球运动员腰椎间盘突出症的诊断及保守治疗的成功经验进行总结,并探讨本病的病因、病理、发病机制,总结出预防方法,指导运动员的训练、比赛,对普通群众防治也有积极的临床指导意义。

Lumbar disc protrusion affects the living,studying and training of both ordinary people and athletes seriously.The article studied the etiology,pathology and pathogenesis in six lumbar disc protrusions in order to instruct the training and competition of athletes and for the ordinary people.
