摘要
将16名游泳运动员随机分为对照组(n=8)、实验组(n=8),进行为期4周的大强度训练。实验前、训练两周后及实验后对受试对象的血液生化指标进行测试。结果:实验组与对照组比较,血清睾酮水平显著升高(P<0.05),血清肌酸激酶显著下降(P<0.05),血色素相对稳定。提示复能饮料有提高运动能力、促进骨骼肌损伤组织修复以及减少细胞内肌酸激酶外渗的作用。
We performed a randomized double-blind study on swimmers to investigate the possible effects of energy rehabilitation drink.Eighteen trained male swimmers,randomly divided into two groups: control group(C n=8) and supplementation group(E n=8),took part in the study.Their serum biomarkers were examined in a 4-week program of strenuous training.Results: Data demonstrated that Group E had an increase in serum testosterone level(P<0.05);and a decrease level in serum creatine kinase(P<0.05).Our preliminary conclusions suggest that supplementation may help to repair the injured skeletal muscles and prevent exercise-induced protein degradation;it may also protect the integrity of cellular membranes to avoid intracellular creatine kinase leaking and eliminate exercised-induced fatigue.
