摘要
针对高职院校学生普遍存在身体素质和运动技能水平不高的现象,我们尝试着把运动处方引入体育课教学中。通过把学生分成实验组(采取运动处方教学)和对照组(按教学大纲进行教学),经过两个学期的实践和比较,综合检测成绩表明,实验组学生的体质和运动技能有了较大的改善。因此,我们认为在体育课教学中运用运动处方的理论和方法既能保证教学大纲内容的落实,又能因材施教,提高高职学生的身体素质和运动技能水平;同时,随着高职院校的发展,教育教学条件的改善,运动处方教学将能发挥更大的作用。
Based on the poor physical quality of the students at vocational and technical colleges and their low athletic skill levels, we introduce an athletic prescription into physical education course as a trial. For as long as two semesters of practice and comparison, the students are divided into two groups, namely, experimental group (taught in the athletic prescription method) and the comparison group (taught according to the teaching program). The comprehensive tests show that the students in the former group have been greatly improved in both physical quality and athletic skills. As a result, we believe that the theory and method of Athletic Prescription in Physical Education course can not only guarantee the contents of the teaching program, but meet students' level, which will help to improve the physical quality and athletic level of the students at vocational and technical colleges. Furthermore, with the development of colleges and the improvement of the conditions of physical education, the athletic prescription will have a greater effect.
