摘要
以现代篮球防守技、战术的主要特征为参考系,分析了现代篮球攻击性个人防守技术方法,攻击性个人防守技术运用,并提出了现代篮球攻击性个人防守能力的要素及其训练手段。
Using the main characteristics of the offend and defend techniques of modern basketball and tactics as reference, this paper analyzes the method of the individual offensive defend techniques of modern basketball and the utilization of individual offensive defend techniques, and also poses the essential factor and its training methods of individual defend, practice and ability in modern basketball.
