竞争能力是个体为了生存与发展应拥有的首要能力之一,甚至可以说:没有竞争,就没有成就。作为一门应用学科的体育,教学、课余训练和竞赛中体育教师应充分地挖掘教材的竞争因素,灵活地选择组织教学、课余训练和竞赛的方法,最大限度地培养中学生的竞争意识,发展中学生的竞争能力。

Competitive ability is one of the most important abilities for an individual who should have in order to live and develop. Even we can say that one can't make any achievements without competition. As an applied subject, PE should embody its competitive factors from the teaching materials completely in teaching, extracurricular training and competition. Teachers should choose the methods of organizing teaching, extracurricular training and competition flexible, cultivate the middle_school students' competitive awareness and develop their competitive ability to the great limit.
