Ethical culture of China influenced the writings of Zong pu who is a famous writer in Chinese literature. There is obvious ethical consciousness in her novels. There are four characters about ethical consciousness implicated in her novels： the cultural morals which takes on the historical task, ethical value about ＂harmoniousness＂, conscience and the classical aesthetic lingering charm. Zong Pu showed the positive aspect about ethical culture in a additive way which expressed our national estimable spirit when our nation was lost in the abyss of misery. Hence, her sincere writings contain the profound societal responsibility.
