试论科学发展观

On the Concept of Scientific Development

发展是当代中国、也是当今世界的主题。面对新世纪全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标,新一届中央政府明确提出了坚持以人为本,树立和落实全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观。本文认为,科学发展观的根本思想是以人为本;基本内容是实现人与社会、人与人和人与自然的全面协调发展;现实目标是全面建设小康社会和实现共同富裕。

Development is the theme of China. In order to meet the needs of new century, the new central government has set up a human-centered, coordinated and sustainable concept of scientific development. The paper holds that human-centredness is the fundamental idea ; all-round, coordinated development among human beings, society, and nature is the fundamental content ; the general construction of a well-off society and the actualization of joint prosperity are therealistic objectives of the concept of scientific development.
