21世纪高等教育的改革与发展已成为各界关注的热点。高校学生管理工作不仅是适应世界国际格局的变化,科学技术的迅猛发展和信息社会的客观要求,而且是推动高等教育改革的内在动力。加强高校学生管理工作,重要的是建立以学生为本的新的教育理念和思想,要在依法治校和学生管理的方法上实施转变,从而为培养高素质的人才奠定基础。
The higher education reform has become the focus of all circles in 21st century. The administration in colleges and universities should meet the change and demand of the international pattern and informational society. It is the inner drive of promoting educational reform. The new conception of 'student-oriented' to run school should base on running school by law, so as to establish a foundation for training high-quality talents.
