由于与学生接触的长期性和在体育教学工作中的示范性,体育教师的人格对学生所起的示范和影响作用是十分显著的。因此,掌握正确的体育教师人格内涵,发挥体育教师人格的引导作用对于当前体育教育是非常重要的。
