摘要
目前,如何控制建设项目的投资成本是各相关企业和部门特别关注的重点。造价管理部门应当在各个阶段对建设工程项目造价进行有效的控制管理,才可以预期的目标。
At present, how to control the investment cost of the construction project has attracted special attention from the relevant enterprises and departments. The cost managing departments effectively control construction projects in five stages to achieve their expected purpose.
