摘要 以某四缸四冲程柴油机为例,建立了曲轴系统的真实实体模型和虚拟样机模型,通过对样机进行仿真,得到曲轴系统的速度、加速度、位移以及运动副约束反力等参数;利用仿真载荷参数进行曲轴的有限元静力学、模态和谐响应计算,根据计算结果对曲轴的强度和动力特性进行分析.分析表明,现有曲轴满足力学特性要求. Taking an in-line, 4-cylinder, and 4-cycle direct injection diesel engine as an example, the crankshaft system 3D model and virtual prototyping are established based on multi-body dynamics and hydrodynamics lubrication theory. The simulation of virtual prototyping model is implemented, so the velocity,acceleration, course and force of joint are obtained. Using the results of simulation, the modal, dynamic and static FEM of crankshaft are carried out, and the strength and dynamic performance are obtained. The result shows that the craft structure meets the mechanical properties.
