该文以历史的视角,将民事权利的发展过程划分为三个阶段,并对之形成进行分析和探讨。中国民事权利的特定的背景决定了民事权利发展的不平衡性、曲折性、国家本位走向社会本位等特点。最后对中国民事权利的完善提一些建议。

This paper probes into the character of the development of civil right from the visual angle of history, and analyses how it came into being. The unique situation of Chinese civil right decides its character such as imbalance, twists and turns, and from nation-centered to society-centered. In the end the paper put forward some suggestions to make the civil right perfect.
