高职院校旅游与酒店管理专业实习管理问题分析及对策探索

A Study on the Major Practice of Tourism and Hotel Management

该文针对我国多数高职院校旅游与酒店管理专业在组织校外实习时普遍遇到的问题,例如实习单位难落实、实习生积极性不高等,分析了产生这些问题的原因并结合目前实习的实际情况,从6个方面论述校外实习管理的对策———精心挑选实习基地、善于与实习单位搞好协作关系、作好实习前准备工作、加强实习过程管理、注重实习总结及跟踪调研工作、采用灵活多样的实习方式。

This paper analyzes the causes of the problems and difficulties, such as finding practice units, lacking high spirits in practice, etc., which are common in most Polytechnic Colleges in China. Six measures of organization and management were taken, which include selecting practice bases carefully, cooperating well with practice bases, making preparations before practice, strengthening practice management, attaching more importance to practice evaluation and subsequent investigation work as well as adopting various and flexible practice manner.
