<Abstrcat> This thesis first states the evolution of the electronic governmental affairs construction of Guangdong Labour and Social Security Ministry. And then, it states the design and analysis of the office automation system for Guangdong Labour and Social Security Ministry based on J2EE and work flow technology in detail. By spreading to use this office automation system in Guangdong Province, Guangdong Labour and Social Security Ministry has not only achieved the expected goals, but also established an efficient and basic platform for the complete implements of the electronic governmental affairs of Guangdong Labour and Social Security Ministry.
