绥芬河市作为与俄罗斯接壤的县级城市,贸易立市,成绩斐然。在我国加入世贸组织后,为了适应形势的发展变化,该市的招商机制有待于在招商实践的基础上的成熟提高;要依托互补优势,开展招商引资工作,从而实现经济园工化、园区产业化、产业集群化。
Suifenhe, bordering on Russia, develops into a city for its brilliant achievements in foreign trade. After China enfered WTO, Suifenhe city refuses nobody in investment to meet the requirements of economic development. It should be pointed out that its economic mechanism needs improving so as to realize the industrialization of economic park area and intensification of industries.
