摘要 在各种形式的管结构中,管节点的设计是一个非常重要的研究课题.直接焊接管节点是目前广泛应用的一种管节点形式,它是由几个主支管交汇而成的三维空间薄壁结构,其应力分布十分复杂.基于此,本文采用有限元软件ANSYS,选取常用三种典型直接焊接管节点进行有限元分析,研究了主支管管径比和主支管夹角两个参数对节点构件应力集中系数的影响. The designing of tubular joint is a very important subject for various tubal structures. The directly welded interpenetrating tubular joint which is widely used nowadays is spatial thin-wall entity composed of several braces and chords. Therefore, its distributing of stress is very complex. In this paper,with help of the software ANSYS, the effects of both ratio of diameter and angle of braces and chords on stress concentration factor of tubular joints are studied through finite element analysis of three typical directly welded interpenetrating tubular joints.
